ok.
Not been here for quite some time (nearly a year I think LOL).
DD#3 is now 6 weeks old and I'm feeling more like myself.
I know I have put weight on this pregnancy (I was able to eat a bit more regularly) and it's definitely telling on me...not in terms of looks,but health wise I can tell the difference.
The sciatica and the back pain is annoying at best,downright agony at worst.Which means that I'm not able to walk for long or anything.
~sigh~
So-slow and steady wins the race.
The aim for this month is to lose 6 pounds and start to up my fitness.
This is going to take a while,but there has got to be things to do around the house to help with fitness...like taking the clean laundry upstairs myself instead of delegating,and now DD#2 is 14 months the kitchen floor ALWAYS needs a good clean after mealtimes.
I NOW I CAN DO THIS!!!
