I have had zero time to work out and I am so tired all of the time! I need some major motivation!!

    Great advice, as usual, from Kim. Just remember, the more you work out, the more energy you will's a vicious cycle!

    Need motivation? I'm all over it....

PIck a want to look great in a bikini this summer? Go to your calendar right now and pick the date. Very specific. Circle it, post it around your house on stickies...whatever reminds you of your goal.

Making time to workout is not easy, especially with a busy work schedule. Remember that it's not about the quanity of exercise but the quality! Stick with short, intense cardio sessions (HIIT, 20 minutes, 3 times a week), and weight train a little heavier to kick your metabolism into high gear! Take the advice of your trainer...I know he's got the motivation you need.

I'm rooting for you!!

    I sit and look at the Victoria Secrets Swimsuit mag and I get refocused! lol!
