So tonight, I wanted to watch my sodium. I decided to make a stuffed pepper! I kind of borrowed a recipe from Kraft, but changed it to my liking.
I cooked 1/2 cup of uncooked brown rice and 3 ounces of Tyson grilled chicken breast strips. I mixed those with 2 tbsp of salsa, then spooned the mixture into two green pepper halves.
Hopefully it'll be good!
