So I originally said April 08 but I had surgery in March and won't really be able to get back into the swing of things until now but I have made progress and stepped my game up as far as exercise goes. I am drinking more water and one soft drink a day. I am drinking my low sodium v8 and I am am on the elliptical machine and going to curves and walking so I am getting there....but when I get to 185...I think I may want to get down to my final weight--155. I think that this is a healthy weight for me, BMI wise so ultimately 155 would probably be the best weight for me. So short term 185
Long term (next summer maybe) 155.
