I have been on Sparks since 03/09/2008. I have lost only 3.4 pounds. This is much slower than I usually do when I first start a diet. I think I am not sticking to it as well as I should. I read today that if one is not use to drinking water the body holds on to it. I wonder if that is it. It would be nice to loose a few pounds quickly. I know that the only weigh to keep it off is to go slowly so I will just have to be patient. I would like to be down 20 to 25 pounds by my birthday. That would be awesome.
