Tonight I am watching I can make you thin with Paul McKenna. The two episodes tonight are Overcoming Emotional Eating & Busting Your Cravings.
His program has just 4 rules.
(1) Eat whenever you are hungry.
(2) Eat only what you want, never what you think you ‘should’.
(3) Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful.
(4) Stop when you even think your body is full.
I will let you know what I think of these shows after I watch them.
