I slipped up this weekend and didn't track my foods. I thought I would remember what I'd eaten and could enter it "tomorrow" -- only "tomorrow" I did the same thing.
I also ate at Ponderosa and went from an exciting 188.5 lbs. back up to the 191 that I was earlier in the week. That was depressing. And truthfully, the food wasn't that great. Bummer! (Lesson learned: if I'm going to "blow it," make the food worth it!)
This upcoming week is like a fresh start. It is easier to regulate my eating when I'm working. Weekends are too unstructured.
