The scale won't budge. Of course, I'm not supposed to weigh in until Tuesday, but I'm Impatient. So rather than get discouraged, I decided to check my measurements. I was surprised to find out that it had been a week since I first took them and equally surprised to discover I had lost 3.75 inches over all.
I have an intense strength workout and it seems to be doing the trick. The only place I stayed the same was in my waist, so I've added a torso trimming exercise to my routine and I expect to see some results next week.
I had avoided this type of exercise in my first weeks due to an injury I suffered last year, but by starting out slow and steady, it should work well.
So despite the uncooperative scale, I AM making progress.
