feeling good

last night during dinner, i was very mindful of what i was eating, which i haven't done in a while to be honest! i stopped when i wasn't hungry anymore and didn't fret about leftovers. i stuck with my exercise routine - 40mins cardio and 25-30mins muscle workout.

today i'm tracking what i eat the best i can, since tonight we may be going out for dinner/take away. i'm not too worried though, i'll exercise my self-control! i'll have to estimate it though.

    It's so important not to overeat. Overeating places a great strain on the digestive system and will end up making you feel bloated. Well done for listening to your body and leaving a few bits behind! love and hugs Helen xxx

    Hey good job on the mindfulness.

Which is a bigger waste of excess food on your plate?

Throwing it in the trashcan, or eating it?

I think that the worst thing you can do with the excess food on your plate is eat it!
