Last nights upset

well last night i had two drinks, made them myself and drank them over a period of 4hours. not to bad, but how i am feeling now doesn't come from the drinks, it came with the binging on 5 chocolates! now i haven't had chocolate in a month, i started an all protein diet until i got on spark people.

i feel like crap, but what i really don't get is that i stayed in the caloric intake count on this site! i guess you could say i am still trying to understand how my body digests food.

also, it is really hard to eat bread. i get so bloaty from it and really don't care to eat bread.

well i needed to vent. my body is screaming for a work out so i am going to go do my pilates~!

    Ok, yesterday is yesterday. The chocolates you eat count as the reward you would have given yourself once this month and work a little harder. I give myself chocolate for a reward and enjoy it.

    Calories are only part of the story as you are figuring out! When I overload on carbs (even non-alcoholic carbs) I feel like I have a hangover the next day. I personally do better with a higher protein diet but I had to figure that out over time. By tracking everything and then looking at the "Today's Full Report", I was able to see how I was doing overall. I also added Fiber and Sodium to be tracked because I was having a hard time getting enough fiber and getting too much salt... It's GREAT that you are listening to your body!
