Food Tracker Enhancement - Add Custom Meal Categories

We launched an often requested enhancement to the myNutrition page today. You can now add extra meal categories for tracking food! Many members have requested this because they eat more than one snack a day. So now you can add as many other meal categories as you'd like.

To add new categories:
1) Go to your myNutrition page
2) At the bottom of your day's entries, click the button that reads "Add/Edit My Extra Meal Categories"
3) You can then click to add a new category, and type in any name that you'd like (Snack 2, Mid-morning Snack, Morning Break, etc)

After adding a new category, you can edit or delete the categories, plus you can change their order at the bottom of your page. Please note that when you add new categories they will always show up at the bottom of your page, under the normal categories.

We hope this makes the Food Tracker an even better tool to help you learn to eat better and reach your health goals!

    Thankyou for this feature! Also for editing foods, I come from denmark and it doesn't always work first time to get the right numbers in the nutrition section, so nice to be able to do a little homework and correct it when I find a mistake.

    Gerry, you have to change the order on the page that you actually add the titles on, in the boxes, not the actual nutrition page. I had a time trying to figure out why i couldn't drag them also. Kei, I think tomorrow i'm going to start not using the 4 main categories, leave them blank, and do my own 6 meals at the bottom, numbered meal 1, meal 2, etc...

    love this option! would only be better if we could rearrange all the meals, not just the ones we add. that way we could make it breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack instead of breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, snack, snack...just an idea!

    This certainly helps, now we just need to include more meals some meals that are cooked from scratch rather than always assuming people eat pre packaged or fast food,
