We launched an often requested enhancement to the myNutrition page today. You can now add extra meal categories for tracking food! Many members have requested this because they eat more than one snack a day. So now you can add as many other meal categories as you'd like.
To add new categories:
1) Go to your myNutrition page
2) At the bottom of your day's entries, click the button that reads "Add/Edit My Extra Meal Categories"
3) You can then click to add a new category, and type in any name that you'd like (Snack 2, Mid-morning Snack, Morning Break, etc)
After adding a new category, you can edit or delete the categories, plus you can change their order at the bottom of your page. Please note that when you add new categories they will always show up at the bottom of your page, under the normal categories.
We hope this makes the Food Tracker an even better tool to help you learn to eat better and reach your health goals!
