Workout Poker

~ 30 mins of activity ~ 30 pushups (any style)
~ 100 crunches (any style) ~ 30 squats ~ 30 lunges
~ 3 things I like about my body ~ a blog entry

I've been waiting by the phone for over 24 hours now and I still haven't heard back about the interview. Talk about suspense! I am NOT worried.
I have to say, today's workout poker kicked my butt. I took Hughy out tonight and we played hard for half an hour. Both of us are near passed out now. :~) Unfortunately, before I could get comfy I had some more work today. So I did:
-26 modified pushups and 4 regular ones,
-50 regular crunches, 25 oblique crunches on each side, 25 reverse crunches
-30 lunges (on each side)
-30 squats
Now's the tricky part.... three things that I like about my body. Ok, I can do this
1) my waist (27")
2) my calves and
3) my stomach (it's almost never-had-a-kid flat again)
On top of all that, I've stayed within my calories (1964), I ate seven servings of fruits/veggies AND I've had over 2.8L of water.

    You kick my butt in fiber and water! Thank goodness that hasn't come up in poker yet. Those stakes are a little too rich for my budget I think...
