Getting back on track....

Going to the store tomorrow for the week and I need to plan out ALL of my meals for the week. I want to eat lean meats like chicken, fish and tuna. Also, I need to get salad with balsamic vinegar dressing. I need to cut my calories way back...kinda been a little out of control lately. I'm eating things I shouldn't be eating and I'm not seeing anymore weight loss results! I need to step up the exercise too. I walked with leg weights today and did some weights on my arms as well. So, that felt good. I'm sore! By the end of April I want to be down to 170. If I stck to the low cal diet and exercise...there is NO EXCUSE I can lose 10 -12 more lbs in 45 days!

    Me too!! I want to be at 170 by the end of April as well! We can do it gurl! We all go through the time where we get lazy and off track (last month was a wreck for me) but ya know what, we have faced it and we are back and we know that we have taken our little break and that we dont like it so we are getting right back on track which is what matters the most!! I am so excited that we have the same goal (I actually just took your goal from you because it sounded good to me LOL... hope you dont mind!) We can do this!!!
