Back on track!

Hello to anyone reading this!
Well I am back on track and down 3 pounds this week, which makes up for the GAIN last week.
I am sure it is the change in climate, scenery and just the general feeling of being where I want to be.
I can't explain why I love it here as I do, it's one of those places you either love or hate!
I personally like nothing better than getting up in the morning,
sitting on the balcony looking at clear blue skies, calm blue sea and just feeling at ease.
With the good weather it also gives you that extra "umph" to get up and DO something.
Even a walk along the beach front is refreshing, and gives me some time with hubby too.
Been diligent in my tracking this week, but still struggling to get enough to eat to reach just the lower end of my calorie range.
I'm just not hungry!
Exercising is no problem, I love feeling sweaty lol and feel great knowing I have actually got off my computer chair for at least that hour or so.
Went to the casino this week and the machines ATE my money, but I did win the UK lottery...all £10 of it hehe

I'd like to give a shout out to the teams, including becoming a Community Team member, I have joined in the last two weeks who have been very welcoming and encouraging, and also thank everyone who has posted comments on my page.
Thank you ALL very much, it means a LOT to know that we are not alone in our journey to a better lifestyle.
Being a Community Team member means a lot to me, as I hope I can give back to others what I have gained here, support, motivation, not being judged and the overall friendliness of the people everywhere.
