I was thinking this is great! I love to journal, although since this is public I don't think I would put my deepest darkest secrets here. It does give me an outlet tho and I like that.
For the anger things I used to write them down and tear them up. I believe in OA/AA this is called writings and burnings. Get it out and let it go. Now I do it on a computer screen, then delete it letter by letter. By doing so I feel the release of the emotion that is attached to the anger. And I don't click the reverse arrow to bring it back! It's gone, document closed, move on. I can feel the ahhhhh now.
