Day 3: Feeling fruity

Hiccup. Hiccup. Hiccup. (sorry, they're attacking me as we speak)

I woke up this morning and the theme song to Winnie the Pooh Adventures started running through my head. It might've been because I was working my last late shift for a long, long time... Or perhaps it's because I'm starting to feel really optimistic about this new healthy life I'm pursuing.

I gotta get up... I gotta get goin...

Today I hit my target of eating a lot of fruits and veg. I felt really good doing it too. The fact that my saboteur office was hosting a fruit and veggie day helped quite a bit. I skipped the dips and just sunk right into a mix of the good stuff. Carrots, broccoli, grapes... I even had a field greens salad for dinner alongside some fish and skillet potatoes. Eating right's alright.

I'm gonna see a friend of mine... Hiccup.

I'm thinking that next week I might make it a goal to brown bag it every day and include an assortment of crunchy veggies to munch on. Maybe I'll see about concocting a healthy dip to go with. Hummus maybe... A nice red apple for dessert. Mmmm, apples...

Still low on the exercise quotient. My other goal is to walk the treadmill after work every day next week. I think once I really get going, I'll really start to like it.

Hiccup. (seriously, they won't stop.)

I won't annoy you with annoying remedies for the hiccups, but I feel for you!
Congrats on incorporating the healthy yummies, I went to Costco and purchased a boat loat of berries: strawberries, blackerries, and bluerries- so your title made me giggle, I myself have been feeling a bit fruity! Ha!
Keep up the good work, and positive attitude!
