Learning Curve

Eating out is soooo much harder than I ever expected! I know I'm learning right now but what I ate tonight I thought woud for sure be good for me...I just got sourdoug bread, turkey, lettuce, black olives, oil and viniger and cheese. I thought that was the healthiest choice and OF COURSE I went over my cals today! Grr...gotta work out extra tomorrow and THIS is why I'd rather cook b/c I'm in control of the calories and I can figure out how much I can eat in advance instead of having to put it all in after and feeling bad about it!!!

    I have the same issues... like even if I get a salad, I know there are extra calories lurking in there...

    I know exactly what you mean. Last week was hell for me and my eating habits. It seemed like every time I turned around hubby or his parents wanted to go out to eat. Luckily, we are doing much better this week and I even lost 3 pounds last week! Good luck and keep up the great work!
