my husband went on a business trip for a few days so I am on my own for meals. I have set myself up for success by precooking a whole chicken and some pork chops encrusted in cilantro/parsley/onion mixture. I also precooked some veggies, and I stocked some cheese, fruits, and nuts so I have no excuses for not eating on plan while he's away. So far so good!
Getting stronger every day.....
