Don't get discouraged! And don't focus on pounds. Look at how you feel. Are your clothes getting looser? Can you walk further without getting winded??
If you have to, put away the scale!! I did. It got so discouraging for me. I've only lost 7 lbs since starting last November. But I've packed away lots of clothes are are now too big for me and can really tell the difference in everyday activities.
You might want to think about upping your exercise or changing it. You might want to up your water also. It helps me to keep a journal and write all my food down, my feelings and exercise done for the day. When I see it all before me I can figure out what I need to work on. Hope this helps.
