I just finished the second chest and back workout. It works so much better with real weight instead of the bands and a pullup bar instead of the moulding around the door.
I noticed that my butt is still sore from the legs and back workout from 2 days ago. I don't think it has been sore for this long before.
I still need to think about what I plan on doing for the cruise coming up next week. Maybe I'll bring my laptop to play the dvds.
