Back on Track but needing down time

I've over done things a bit and maybe set my goals a bit higher than I should have. But, I'm learning. I plan to do a mini-Triathlon on May 4. I probably rushed things a bit with my training plan for this week. This morning I was really dragging. I ran a bit over two miles on Saturday, mucked stalls and toted water for over an hour on Sunday and completed a pretty hilly ride in just over an hour last night. Oh, and I also did weight training for 55 minutes on Saturday.
I have not had a decent night sleep in 3 days.
Ok - maybe my body is trying to tell me something? I had planned to swim tonight, but now I'm thinking the time might be better spent resting.
I have got to learn to schedule down time!
