Vacation Dieting

This is not as easy as I would have hoped. Fast food, and restaurants are evil when it comes to traveling. It's not just for vacations either, drill weekends are killer for any diet. I try to stay healthy in my choices but since my last encounter with a salad went badly wrong, I still haven't been able to eat one. Plus, most of the time I just want that red meat or a burger. I'm hoping I can get myself into gear again and soon.

It is nice being down here with my cousin though, today we kicked our butts with a power lifting class at the gym and tomorrow is kickboxing and an ab lab to boot. I think we'll be feeling it the rest of the week:P I'm excited about that!
