This month I plan on keeping my calories below 1200 a day, every day. I feel like food is trying to control me again. I'm craving junk and snacking when I'm not even hungry. I will drink more fluids if I feel hungry and it is not time for my snack. I will have good snack options for my 2 allowed snack times a day such as beef jerky and carbmaster yogurt. I will stay OUT of the candy DRAWER at work. I will make healthy choices for food when we go out and keep my portions in check.
