50 crunches
30 leg circles: 15 one way, 15 the other
30 ropes
30 out in up
30 bicycles
50 oblique (one each side)
30 bent knee raises
30 second planks each side and front
Back extensions 5 sets 10 second hold
Flutter kicks 30, 30, 30
50 lazy men

Abdominals Advanced
50 raised leg crunches
30 leg circles 15 one way 15 the other
30 ropes
30 out in up w/ reverse crunches
50 butterfly crunches
30 bicycles
50 oblique (on each side)
30 strait knee raises
30 second planks each side and front
Back extensions 5 sets 10 second hold
Flutter kicks 30, 30, 30
50 lazy me
30 iron crosses
30 toe touches

Abdominals Very Advanced
(in addition to advanced program)
20 strait leg sit ups
V sits
