Two Months on SP

So today is the start of my third month on SP! YEA I HAVE STAYED WITH IT, which is big for me because normally I would have given up by now. This tells me that I have formed some healthy habits and am making ME a priority again. I have lost 34 lbs since I started, 3 inches off my waist, 2 inches off my hips, 1.75 inches off my chest, 0.75 inches off my thigh, 0.5 inches off my flabby arm, and 0.25 inches around my neck! A total of 8.25 inches, very exciting. SLOW and STEADY wins the race right? Well i'm on my way.

I'm participating a lot in the teams I'm a member of and also participating in their challenges, I find this has helped me stay on track.

I now have copies of all the biggest loser workout DVDs and cant wait to try them, I just hope my tiny living room will be big enough for me to do them in comfortably.

    WOW! Fantastic!!! You are doing so good! Give yourself big hugs! I love this site because it doesn't matter whether your goals are big or small, you get the same support from the people you 'meet' here. There are even people trying to gain weight after an illness or battling an eating disorder. I love the overall message here:

    Congratulations on your 34 lb. weight loss! You are doing great!

I have the Biggest Loser Body Sculp DVD and it is quite a workout. There were several exercises that I couldn't do very well but, hopefully, as I perservere and get stronger, I will be able to do them as well as Bob and Jillian. Hang in there....you can do it!

    Happy two month anniversary! I love SP and know it has been helpful in my keeping on track as well as I have! Slow and steady WILL win the race. This is a journey.

    Congratulations on the weight loss. You are doing amazing. I am glad you have the right spirit about getting involved with your teams. I have seen you posting comments everywhere. Many people sign up on teams but do not use the opportunities to be active, as a result, if they are not active, they do not lose weight. You are a great example of what keeping active is. WOW 32 lbs in two months and 8.25 inches. I can't wait to hear about your achievements next month. WOW girl you are doing it! WOOHOO!
