Two Months on SP

So today is the start of my third month on SP! YEA I HAVE STAYED WITH IT, which is big for me because normally I would have given up by now. This tells me that I have formed some healthy habits and am making ME a priority again. I have lost 34 lbs since I started, 3 inches off my waist, 2 inches off my hips, 1.75 inches off my chest, 0.75 inches off my thigh, 0.5 inches off my flabby arm, and 0.25 inches around my neck! A total of 8.25 inches, very exciting. SLOW and STEADY wins the race right? Well i'm on my way.
I'm participating a lot in the teams I'm a member of and also participating in their challenges, I find this has helped me stay on track.
I now have copies of all the biggest loser workout DVDs and cant wait to try them, I just hope my tiny living room will be big enough for me to do them in comfortably.
