Well, after my sort of melt down on the 24th, I reevaluated a lot of things. I also worked really hard at tracking food, although I admit I missed a day. Tracking my food bite for bite has really opened my eyes to how much extra I was consuming. All the little bites sure add up to a BIG bite! I am starting to feel better. I already am seeing the scale go down, so I hope that by my next weigh in on thurs. that I am at 149.8. That is my one week goal. For the first time in a while, I feel like getting under 150 is possible. If it doesn't happen however, I still will be proud if the scale even moves down slightly.
On another note, I had a yearly doctors appt. yesterday. He told me that he thought that I was in good shape. my blood pressure was also at 108/64. hurray. It is always nice to have a doctor tell you that they think you are in good shape!
