So I've been trying so hard and yet failing! No not to lose weight, but to keep my calories up! Losing weight has actually come easily, but that is not my only goal. The most important part is to be healthy and the way I've been eating has not been so. Before I could eat all my day's calories in one sitting and still not be full. Now I'm controlling what I eat and eating good foods so I feel more satisfied and yet I am still left with a deficit in calories everyday. My fear is that my body will go into starvation mode and will store all my calories as fat and that my immune system will plummet because I am not getting the nutrients I need. What is a girl to do? I am going this weekend to buy some protein powder, hopefully that will add enough to my diet to make a difference. I am taking supplements in the mean time, til I figure out where and what to add to increase the productivity of my diet, any other ideas? I'm all ears!
