Well after a few weeks of false start, I got myself back on track. Or more correctly, a few SparkPeople HELPED me get myself back on track. The first thing I did to get back on track was to post in the Panic forum. I got some encouraging replies that helped get me kick-started. I posted a blog entry. I made myself add strength training exercises to my routine--just a few, but it's consistency that matters! And I found 2 buddies so we can encourage each other. Finally, after a few months of snacking on chocolates every day (the curse of the chocolatier!), I started a small streak of going without.

Altogether, it has added up for me. Even though I had gained 2 pounds (up to 170) by Feb 19, my mid-February rally resulted in me meeting my February challenge. Three pounds gone from my start-again weight (but really 5 if I include the two pounds I stupidly gained!). WoooHooooo! I'm on my way!!
