I think I am now on the tail end of whatever this stupid bug was. I still have coughing fits but at least I am managing to have some semblance of a normal life. The children improved quickly - it's the adults who are still hacking like TB patients.
My weigh in this week was good. I dropped two pounds which broke the 200s. I hope I never see that 2 in front again. Being sick certainly cut my appetite down except I was really craving junk. Of course, I didn't have any in the house so you can't eat what you don't have. Exercise didn't happen until Monday. I walked about half a mile and then I was so worn out I had to quit. I helped walk my mother's dog on Tuesday and Wednesday. Then today I did the first DVD workout in two weeks. It was The Biggest Loser 2 low intensity cardio. I coughed through half of it but was determined that I was GOING to get this done. So I did manage to finish the 15 minutes which was an accomplishment.
If I could just quit coughing, I would be in good shape. The scale is going down still as of this morning. I know I shouldn't weigh every day but I figure I need to keep myself on as short a leash as possible! Besides, I don't EVER want to see 200 again unless it's a weight for my HUSBAND!
