Marching forward

I've had my ups and downs and my consistency has wavered from time to time. March is coming and it's time to bite the bullet and start working as hard as i know i can! If i have any hopes of reaching my goal by the end of summer (later than i had planned, but was set back) i need to get focused and stay focused! I have so many amazing people here to motivate and support me so i thank you all!

    I think a lot of us are in this kind of slump. I've been feeling rather lazy and unmotivated and certainly not getting the most out of my workouts. LOGDIVA recommended I try and do strength training and a little less cardio but still cardio none the less and it has at least helped me maintain while I work my way out of the slump. Maybe changing it up or recomitting is all you need. But maintaining for a bit might help you feel rejuvinated and ready to buckle down again! You've done great so far.
