After a bit of a hiatus (thanks to jury duty!) I'm back and hope to update my blog more regularly again.
Anyway, I created a series of videos that we're currently adding to the site that each spotlight one of my favorite exercises. I thought I'd share one of those videos with you here.
This exercise is a great way to work many muscle groups at once, saving you time in the gym. It's called a BOSU squat with an overhead press. It works your lower body, core muscles and upper body while helping you improve your balance at the same time. I do this exercise myself pretty regularly in the gym and when I'm teaching my classes too--it's challenging and fun!
