Progress

This week I've been making progress with my objectives:
I went to the grocer and chose foods that were good for me. I've been logging all of my food, I've done my cardio routine 3x this week, and I managed to strength train today.

I'm really making an effort this week and I know it will payoff in a big way. I'll just have to wait & see.
