I swear. This weekend will be the death of me. Tomorrow we're going to Olive Garden with Alison & Todd. The OLIVE GARDEN...it's only my FAVORITE place. Everything there is filled with calories. I'll have to check out online what's not so bad to eat before I go!
And then Tim wants his family to eat at Pizza Hut on Sunday. Sweet Jesus! What is he trying to do to me!? I can't eat that crap! They're like Lays potato chips..you can't have just one LOL. Once you pop-you can't stop! Grrrr. I'll have to eat before so that I don't eat so much there. One slice contains quite a bit of calories! And nobody in his family gives 2 sh*ts lol. B/c they're all scrawny and stay that way. Except for Tim lol. He still doesn't give 2 sh*ts.
Grrr. I swear they are trying to kill me. LOL.
Thank goodness..no working out until Monday. I think my body is worn out from this week. Let's see...
Monday- YMCA (I had a guest pass) I did only 15 min. on treadmill and 15 on elliptical. (only about 200 calories total burned) Then I did the Nautilus equipment. (ALL of it lol)
Tuesday- I HAD to recover. I was completely sore and worn out from Monday. It kicked my arse!
Wednesday- 30 min./460 calories on my elliptical (@ home)
Thursday- (DVD) Pilates w/ the ball (30 min.) THAT kicked my arse big time! OMG.
Friday- (Today) 22 min./330 calories on my elliptical.
That's pretty good. I even had a day off to recover. I definitely had a better work out week then that one week where I worked out Mon-Fri on my elliptical and felt no different. This week was tiring! Today, I didn't really want to get on the elliptical but I HAD to. Although, I probably shouldn't have. I didn't think Pilates would kick my butt that bad and today my abs are KILLING me lol. It's horrible. So on the elliptical I was kind of lagging. I got a cramp way early.. I know my body was telling me to stop but of course I was like.. no no I HAVE to do at least 330 calories to meet my goal. Grrr. I am too stubborn.
2 days off will do me some good!!!
