Today's motivation is knowing how great it feels to see that scale moving again....(in the right direction, of course). It reminds me that it is possible to lose weight without going to extreme measures. No shortcuts, no diet pills, and no celebrity diet craze.
I have been losing slowly but I have also been learning alot about how to make this a lifestyle and not a "diet". A diet is only temporary...I want to look and feel fabulous for a long time!!!
Exercise + Eating Right = Looking and Feeling Fabulous!!!
