Well I'm back. It's been almost a year since I hit my half way point and now I'm back up to only about a 1/4 of the way to my original goal. So, it's back to the drawing board and going for this healthy living thing again that made me feel so wonderful about myself.
I'm still struggling with the motivation and the eating right but hopefully with some help from my friends I can get back into the swing of things.
Now that the sun is shining and spring is coming out I am finding I want to get out and move more. I have started playing football and softball season will be upon us before no time. I am still going to the gym, although not as much as I should.
So, here is my baby step log. My goal is to make it to the gym at least 4 times a week on top of my football practices. During lunches I will get out and do something instead of sit in my office and eat lunch. Being active felt so good and losing weight was phenomenal. It's time to feel that way again!!
