So I've really been off track with everything lately. I haven't been tracking anything as faithfully as should. I need to put more time into getting all my food logged because that's what works for me. I also haven't done much exercise lately. So that is what I'm going to work on this week. I'm going to considered last week as a mental break week. Now its time to recenter my focus and make healthier decisions for the future. I really want to go to the gym tomorrow but I'm working a double shift so I don't know if I'll make it out of work before the gym closes. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
This weeks objectives:
* Healthier food choices
* Log all food
* Work out at the gym @ least 3 times
* Strength Train a minimum of 2 times
