I call the pounds I need to lose ~ "steps".
I want to weigh 125 pounds ..so I have 11 steps..(fat pounds to lose).
This (calling pounds 'steps') seems to take the feeling of fear of this away from me. I guess it is also called 'anxiety'. Sometimes it is difficult to face whatever is bothering you. (me..it is sometimes difficult for ME to face what is bothering ME). Wow..it feels good to get in touch with those feelings..guess that's why 'they' say it is good to journal your feelings..that way..you get 'in touch' with your feelings.
So..after weigh in yesterday morning..I was blinking and blinking at the # on the scale..it said "136.5"
Is this a mistake??
It's got to be a mistake.
So I got off and got back on the scale again.
"I can't believe it!!!!! "Oh my God!"
