Well, I think I am well again. That in itelf is great but I was really suffering from a lack of motivation to work out because of being sick. Since I knew the end of this week would be interesting with Valentine's Day and all - I implemented a pretty severe workout routine and it has whipped me back up and into shape (in my head that is). :)
On Sunday, I went to the gym and did a full body weight routine along with 35 min ellipital. Monday I did an hour kickboxing along with 35 min ellipital. Tuesday I did 30 min ellipital followed by an hour Strengh training class. Wheew, I am getting tired but it is worth it. Today I am going to do cardio and then do an hour swimming class.
It might all seem a little crazy but it really has helped. I went from not wanting to get up off my couch and being depressed because the scale wasn't moving - to at least knowing that I'm sweating and building muscle. I want to cook a great meal tomorrow night too so anything that burns calories sounds good to me now.
