: No alcoholic beverages (until May)
: Detox every 3-4 days
: upped my fruit & veggies
: make sure I have breakfast even if I don't have dinner
: walk as much as possible
: drink water all day
I also tried the kinoki foot detox patches!
I will only be eating chicken and fish and trying to work out 3x a week! Wish me luck!
