I love eating at Chipotle! My favorite is a burrito bol with extra rice, black beans, chicken, sour cream, guac, cheese and pico. My hubby and I have recently tightened our budget though, so Chipotle is out of the question. I had planned on making tacos tonight and had an inspiration! I ran by the store, grabbed some cilantro, jalapenos and limes. I made homemade guac, cilantro-lime (brown) rice, and hubby cooked the taco meat and reheated the pintos we cooked yesterday. It was wonderful, within my budget and within (for the most part) my spark recommendations. Homemade Chipotle rocks!
