Okay, so I fell off the band wagon pretty early. But, all that matters is that I'm back. I'll be honest, I have a hard time sticking with something, especially if it is something that is kind of hard and a long process. Ok, see. I've really opened up ther. Of course, I know that it happens to a lot of people...that's why most people's weight yo-yo's. So I plan on starting Alli today when I get it. I'm really excited. I've started looking at what foods have the lower fat that I will actually eat, I don't want any social embarrassment that comes with not eating well. If I eat well and keep within my limits, there will be no social embarrassment. Anywho, I've just finished my 50 minutes of cardio and strength training and better go jump in the shower before anybody in the house notices...

I'm so tired. I haven't been doing what I need to do for myself. Tomorrow I'm going to just start cutting the simple carbs. Complex only for me please...

Tonight I'll prepare by cooking some whole grain pasta and going to bed at a decent time.

I've been a little down with the weather, being sick, and stuff at work. I haven't been eating the best either. But-I have been eating proper portions instead of going overkill when I eat fast food, I've just eaten smaller portions. I weighed in today and am down a total of 13 pounds! I need to go get myself ready, gotta take Dani to the doctor this morning and then get to work. Have a great day out there!

Wow! I am so tired, and feel so good. I did really well on my intake today, in fact I was pretty low on my fat and cals so after my work out I made myself a milk shake with REAL ice cream, skim milk, and sugar free instant pudding. Oh, and did you notice that I actually worked out today! Thanks to Angela for coming over and exercising with me! It won't take any time at all for me to fall asleep tonight which means that getting up tomorrow should be pretty easy. I'm outta here, gotta beat John to the shower!

It's my birthday! I'm 26 now. I may have gone a little over on my food intake today, but not enough to hurt my progress. I start working out with my sister in law tomorrow. I'm gonna make sure that I get some sleep tonight-I know we're gonna work hard.

For my birthday treat, I made myself a shake! I used sugar free vanilla ice cream, a little skim milk, and some frozen peaches.

Tomorrow is going to be a good day!
