    I hope you have lots of members. I would but I'm already on enough teams. I love doing the munzee or geocache activity with DD and we are hoping to plan something special for my nephew and his new bride when they come to our place on their honeymoon. I think it would be sweet for them to find a momento and then to have a trackable try and make it's way back home... especially as they are located in a remote area. Hahaha, we might get them hooked.

I just ordered my activity tracker and the day after Munzee partnered with Fit Bit!!!! Ugh! I might have to get both!!! If anyone has tried both and has an opinion, I would like to hear it.

  I personally don't have either but my son has fitbit and loves it. He's had it since it first came out. Never heard of Munzee.

I have been a member for quote some time bit I haven't been here lately. I came back on and ordered the spark activity thing. I hope that it helps me stick to my daily goals and keep me motivated.

    Hey, nice to see you on my page. Yup, I geocache and munzie. I agree, anything to encourage moving and especially with my daughters. I had a hysterectomy 22 years ago after my last daughter was born because of endometriosis. I'm happy to add you as a friend. I do like the Spark activity tracker. I only set a goal of 5,000 steps to start and hope to gradually increase that limit but lots of days I do much more. Do you kayak? I'm a canoer at heart but I don't do the intense trips so much any more. Next trip will be in September and probably just a day long one. Hope to get some little paddles in over the summer too.

I am sorry folks that I haven't blogged in quite some time. I am doing well. I just had a follow up at the doctor's and I am down 60lbs. I want to get off another 60lbs. by my next appointment which will be 6 months post op.
I am still going to the gym....most days. I have had some days where I didn't get off the couch...why? I have no idea. I stay on the computer on this site and others and find that the time just passes quickly.

I love exercising but if I don't get out of the house it sometimes doesn't happen. I have started taking more Zumba classes....and today I started taking a STRONG class which is a weight lifting class with hand weights. I enjoy taking the aqua classes but I think that I am not getting enough of a workout with them. I need to strength train to build muscle...which will help with metabolism.

I am proud of my weight loss so far but I have not been the best eater....I have not always made the best choices and therefore I have help up my weightloss. I feel that I am working too hard at exercising that I shouldn't sabotage myself. I want to be at my goal weight by my birthday....Nov 24th...Thanksgiving Day!

I have also signed up for the Virtual 5K challenge and did my first training today. I have never run before and I am doing the rookie training. I did it and it felt great! I will have to keep it up!

I want to keep up my blog posting so I hope that you guys support me!! :)
