She was a mom to me. My mom died when I was young. My dad too. So the passing of Nancy has been very hard. I loved her deeply. I miss her now.

Aw, Bless your heart dear. Close your eyes and feel her with you , her hand on your shoulder, wishing your sadness and tears gone.. put your tears in your trash can and think of the funniest thing you ever did with her. Well, this Nancy sends you her prayers, her love and her support. This is a hard month for me as many immediate family members left - someone on another team agreed with me that October could be removed from our calendar and we would be HAPPIER - so now we are calling it Harvestember. I saw you, and we embraced
I leaned in and whispered
I love you so very much
You are precious to me
We held on a moment longer
As if we knew these moments
Would be our last
And then,
You died Passed Moved on
And I cried
It hurts to be here
In the now
Without you
I whisper
I loved you
And to my spirit
My soul
My inner most being
My core
In my knower
You say
I know
And I sigh and I breathe
And I let go
Of the hurt
And take hold
Of the peace
You offer to me

Quietly
I seep down
Into the folds
Of myself
There I battle
The underwater dragon
Of my youth
Holding my breath
Urgency screams
I've been under
Too long
This time
Still, I won't give up
I want the tip of his tail
In the palm of my hand
We wrestle in slow motion
Sound is muted
Desperation
Determination
I hold my breath
I focus

If I cry a thousand tears
It will not quench the pain
Of one traumatic
Memory

If I laugh for a year and a half
It will not ease one layer of sadness
That is wrapped tight around my heart

If I Run a hundred miles
It will not remove me from where I am
Nor will it take me where I want to be

If I sleep for eternity
It will not replenish my energy for one day
Nor will it take the weariness from my step

If I scream out a dictionary
Full of foul words
It will not get me heard
Nor will it give me a moment of Peace

When you hold me within your arms
I find that
I have everything
