YAY JM, my hero, you have succeeded in making sore a part of my body that I have never felt sore in before. HAHAHAHA
Aside from being sore in some of the expected places, I'm also sore on the SIDES of my butt. Yeah. Weird, and maybe TMI, but dang some of those moves toward the end there REALLY target that sidebutt/outerthigh all that good stuff over there. Presumably working on the "saddlebag" area since it's called "No More Trouble Spots" or I think I've been calling it Trouble Zones but whatever it's called. :P Triceps - check, abs - check, chest - check, side butt- check.
I'm super excited to be starting the Hundred Pushup Challenge finally!
I'll be doign it along with my gym buddy, LAFTERSFREE. I've been meaning to do this for AGES and just haven't gotten around to ACTUALLY doing it. SO! She wants to do it and that's my push to get going. I've always wanted to be a pushups rockstar, so here's my chance.
We'll be doing the "test" this weekend and starting the plan on Monday. She'll be doing MWF, I'm considering MW F/S just depending on if I want to do the JM video which includes some pushups and other chest work I don't want to miss my rest day and I don't have time to do that video on Friday morning's really. But anyway. Excited.
And yay for it being FRIDAY. And no work tomorrow.
