I haven't been tracking. That stops today. Still been doing better I think than before, minus V-Day treats. Overall I think I'm still in good shape to continue on this path of being uber-diligent. I just wasn't. For the past few days. But I'm jumping right back on the wagon!!! I have to! Or else I will never reach that goal. ![]()

So I wasn't perfect - I didn't get in all the cardio I wanted (missed a run due to weather and didn't make up for it by hooping).
BUT! I DID track everything except on my splurge meal day, and I DID do my ST 3x last week.
Result - from 191 to 188.5
No big shocker there. I followed the plan that has always worked for me, and I saw the results I expected to see. WOOHOO! Now to continue that positivity even when the results don't come as quickly as expected... I'm sure it will happen in the future since I'll be closing in on goal quickly (within a couple months).
I just need to remind myself how positive actions will always lead to positive results, even if it takes time or aren't the specific numbercrunching results we want to see. ST will never be BAD for me. Tracking my food and eating healthy is a GOOD thing. (since I'm not overly restrictive or struggling with those kind of tendencies, it's a good thing for ME to do the tracking.) Anyway, you get the drift.
