Yeah, guess what not tracking and several days of willy nilly gets you?
NO pounds off the scale.
This week I will be on track, and it will start with tracking.
Still super glad not to have gained, especially considering yesterday I went all crazytown at the church potluck, so I have had no recovery time from that incident! Hoping for a good loss week this week, but hoping won't get it done. Time to get cracking on some ACTION.
I DID get out for a run yesterday. Last week's mileage total was about 12 miles - suuuper wimpy. But I haven't got a longer run in the mix yet and that was on 3 days of running. This week I am adding a day and lengthening the longest run. I'd tell beginner runners not to do both at once but I'm a returner, not a beginner. So my old fitness should be bouncing right back as I pick things up. That's the idea, anyway.
Today: Meal plan and grocery shop. Do ST. Track everything. Hoop for at least 10 min. Plan running up to half in April.
