I lost my wedding band. :( It fell off sometime while at work and I've looked everywhere I could think of (even in the trash) and can't find it.
*sigh* It was really too big and I should have stopped wearing it but I just couldn't NOT wear it.

    Ugh I know how you're feeling. Same thing happened to me in April only it was my engagement ring. I thought it fell off somewhere at a baseball field my son was playing at and I went back that night and looked everywhere with no luck. I knew it was too big and I should get it resized but I didn't. Well, after about a week my son ended up finding it under the drivers seat of my car but still it was a stressful week thinking I'd lost it for good. Don't get stressed though it'll turn up eventually =)

Well! Finished day two of my new workout plan this morning. I'm not counting last Friday because it was kind of a test run to see how doing C25K and ST together would work.

Anyway! So I'm feeling pretty good. I feel like some kind of fitness nut/guru to be doing this much cardio, but I also feel really good about it. Very healthy and whatnot. I tell you what -- walking on the treadmill was pretty boring compared to doing the C25K training, but hey. It was also longer. So whatever. I think on Thursday I will do the Elliptical instead -- maybe Elliptical, Treadmill, and Stationary bike if I'm feeling wild and crazy. ;)

DH has lost 20lbs now!!! This is an estimate, because he forgot to weight before working out, only after. But I added a couple of pounds to that to accomodate sweat/waterloss, and he's still at 20lbs lost! SO WAY TO GO HUBBY! :D hahaha. I am very extremely proud of him.

He never cheats on his eating unless I say it's ok (Like a week ago Monday when we ordered pizza... OOOH. :P BAD DANA.) But yeah. I mean -- one day in a long time of being perfect isn't so bad. If you check my tracker I went like a million calories over and a million fat grams over. *tsktsk* One of the reasons I thought I wouldn't lose this week, but just goes to show if you hop right back on the wagon and work hard, one day doesn't have to wreck your whole week.

Probably doesn't hurt that it was a FULL WEEK from weigh-in day, and intentionally so.

But anyway -- I made sure to try and keep his sodium low last night so that his weigh in wouldn't be goofed by bloating, and apparently it worked. I am so proud of him!!!! :D

I have officially lost 60lbs now! :) I'm on track to meet my goal (2lbs ahead of where I need to be) so that makes me feel great. Need to make myself a new icon. ;)

C25K is going well I think. I mean. I did today! I finished it! I didn't faint! I felt alright. Definitely tired by the end, but it wasn't horrible. :D hahahaha.

Managed to do a few ST excercises afterwards. Trying to build back up because I'm doing the excercises that had gotten so easy I got lax about them, and I'm barely able to finish the reps. WHICH IS GOOD. That's how it's supposed to be. I just can't wait till they start to feel easy again so I can up the ante.


That's about it for now I guess. :D

WOOHOO!!! I'm so excited! I was really prepared not to lose anything this week and then over the weekend it just DROPPED. YAY!

But now it's TOM, so yay.

The one on my main page I don't really like, but it kinda shows my gold eyeshadow. hahahaha so anyway.

Did C25K Week One Day Three today -- it was ok. slightly rough just cause it was so early in the morning -- don't think I stretched my butt beforehand, although I did after because my right buttcheek is SO HURTING. Anyway. Memo to self.

OK. So here's the plan to get my workouts on track.

That link goes to my NEW Google Calendar for my workout plans.

MWF - Strength Training and Couch to 5K.

TR - 45 minutes of Cardio.

This will give me a total of 165 minutes of Cardio each week (my previous minimum was 135 so only 30 minutes more NET!), as well as giving me a SCHEDULE for when to do Strength Training. I figure I can maybe go to the gym to do Cardio on TR either on my own, or if DH gets hooked up with an ST workout buddy, we can drive in together and I can do Cardio while they do that.

I figure doing the C25K stuff and ST will probably be comparable to the amount of time DH spends on Cardio soo.... it should work out that way.

If not I can always switch the days and stick an extra C25K day on Saturday or something. *shrug* I just know I had to get something in writing so I can't back out of it. :D ahahaha.


I printed it out and hung it up at work, and I'm gonna print one to take and hang up at home, too.

Should make one for the hubby as well. ;)
