Well! Finished day two of my new workout plan this morning. I'm not counting last Friday because it was kind of a test run to see how doing C25K and ST together would work.
Anyway! So I'm feeling pretty good. I feel like some kind of fitness nut/guru to be doing this much cardio, but I also feel really good about it. Very healthy and whatnot. I tell you what -- walking on the treadmill was pretty boring compared to doing the C25K training, but hey. It was also longer. So whatever. I think on Thursday I will do the Elliptical instead -- maybe Elliptical, Treadmill, and Stationary bike if I'm feeling wild and crazy. ;)
DH has lost 20lbs now!!! This is an estimate, because he forgot to weight before working out, only after. But I added a couple of pounds to that to accomodate sweat/waterloss, and he's still at 20lbs lost! SO WAY TO GO HUBBY! :D hahaha. I am very extremely proud of him.
He never cheats on his eating unless I say it's ok (Like a week ago Monday when we ordered pizza... OOOH. :P BAD DANA.) But yeah. I mean -- one day in a long time of being perfect isn't so bad. If you check my tracker I went like a million calories over and a million fat grams over. *tsktsk* One of the reasons I thought I wouldn't lose this week, but just goes to show if you hop right back on the wagon and work hard, one day doesn't have to wreck your whole week.
Probably doesn't hurt that it was a FULL WEEK from weigh-in day, and intentionally so.
But anyway -- I made sure to try and keep his sodium low last night so that his weigh in wouldn't be goofed by bloating, and apparently it worked. I am so proud of him!!!! :D
