So apparently changing you eating habits all but has killed my stomach because i did it to drastically! So back to square one! I also wish I had a gym buddy I used to have one and went everyday! One of these days I will be a big girl and take my life into my own hands! There are just them down days where cuddling sounds like more fun! I need to create a mantra that works for me! I haven't figured it out yet I'm think about it thought.... Any suggestions?

So if any of you have seen the movie Fireproof they had a Love Dare! I saw the book yesterday at Target and decided that is what I want to do to make my relationship up one notch! Therefore I am taking the challenge and today is DAY 1! Love is Patient wish me luck!

I am really getting into the sparkpeople i'm so proud of myself! I like that I can track everything and learn at the same time! ALSO I am being very productive today I woke up of course after sleeping my 8 hours gave 2 out of 3 dogs a bath and shaved one. Done dishes, printed my homework assignment and after I get done sparking for a while I will then clean my car out do laundry and put stuff away and clean the bathrooms! Sounds like a fun day. I will also look at my homework and decide whether to do it today or tomorrow! I am not procrastinating but I might need to ask my professor questions! I amtrying to manage my stress better and keep myself calm and not worked up about to much! So far so good! Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

  


Down Day!

SO today was a down day! I am going to do better because now I am admitting this in public where everyone can read thatI had a bad day! SOOOOO Here it goes tomorrows plans are to catch up the little housework before the weekend then laundry so I have clothes to wear, get studying done for school, after that pack my stuff for school and put into car, proceed with exercise regimen that spark prepared for me. I want to include eattig 3 health meals and a healthy snack on that to do list. emoticon

    I'm right there with ya! I don't know why, but today has been a down day. Hopefully your day has gotten better. We all have these kinds of days, but what matters is that we bounce back. We reach out for support (like you are doing) and we do it! :) Good luck-you can do it!

    Good for you! We all have down days - I'm going through a few of them myself right now - been so busy have not been able to exercise, and have definitely been eating too much! The important thing is to recognize what's happening, and get back on track, and you seem ready to do that! I hope to get back to my plan tomorrow also!
