Happy Monday Everyone (NOT) :-)
So i noticed that i had not done a blog in quite some time, and when i just took a peek at my last entry, i realized that i have lost 26 lbs since my last update.

Yesterday i took my little sister shopping, and one of her favorite stores is American Eagle Outfitters. Any other time i would've walked in and went straight for the cute Shoes, Hats and Jewelry because in my head, it has always been a "Skinny Girl Store".
Anyway, they had these awesome Flannel Tops
So i figured i would pick out a "Goal" outfit for when i reached 70 lbs lost. I picked a pair of very slim looking Skinny Jeans in their biggest size (14)
To my surprise, i went to see how the outfit looked now, before my goal, just so i had an idea, and ALAS they already fit perfectly =)
Can you believe I've been wearing size 20 pants for the last 6 months. I mean, i knew they were lose on me, but i never thought i was down to a size 14.
In the end i didn't buy the top because i want a "Goal Outfit" not a right now outfit, but i did buy the pants because i realized how lose those other jeans really were =) Hopefully tonight i'll upload a picture of me with my new pants on.
So, the moral of my story is:
1-Don't ever think any store is just a Skinny Girl Store
2-Measure yourself Every month
3-Reward yourself when you reach mini goals
4-Remember to alwasy keep moving

DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
-Today, Ladies and Gentlemen. I have lost 50 Lbs,
Do you know i hadn't lost this much weight since 2008 when i had 2 Jobs and went to school full time, and was at the gym 5 days a week.
Now, I do Zumba 3 days a week. Strength Training once a week, and i go for walks with my Yorkie. As for food. I now watch everything i put in my body. Specially Sugar and Fat.
I have never felt better, and it's only going to get better. For the first time, in a long time, i have this feeling, like everything i put my mind into will happen. I have worked hard, these past months, and there is no stopping me now.
I take my monthly weight and measurements on the 13th of every month, and even though this past weigh in was low on the lbs, it was still high on the inches that came off, which helped me keep it moving. Now that i started Zumba i have lost more weight in the last 3 weeks, that i did from Sept-Oct, and i have completely fallen in love with it.
I hope everyone great success, and remember. Just Keep Moving
