Here I go on a new challenge. I plan to continue to exercise regularly and eat healthy portion appropriate meals. Mostly my goal is to continue putting one foot in front of the other and not to give up. I will accept that I will have both successes and failures, but this will not make me quit.
It's not magic it's math. (Dr. Phil said this about finances, but I think it applies to weight problems as well.) I can no longer eat more calories than my body needs. It's not about what the scale says at any given moment, but how I live everyday, being honest and truthful to myself. Truthful about what I really want; how I am really feeling; and how I need to live in order to have the life I want.
Specifically to attain my goals I plan to:
1) introduce some strength training into my exercise routine
2) increase the amount of cardio (1 hour a day 5 days a week)
3) treat myself better - buy myself some nice cloths - eat beautiful meals (not the burnt stuff I wouldn't feed to others) - take time for myself everyday.
